Treatment process
At Dermacare, my husband had his measurements taken and fat analysis consultation with Dr Dennis Kwan, who explained in detail the technology behind Liposonix as well as its procedure and results. To start the treatment, Dr Kwan marked 15 spots on my husband’s tummy and explained that he would do three rounds in total. Then he placed the head of the device on the first spot and fired up the machine. My husband reported a warm, slightly piercing sensation that was bearable.
After the treatment, two ice rollers were massaged on my husband’s stomach to ease the discomfort. His tummy looked a little red and even though the area felt sensitive, it did not deter my husband from going for his basketball game.
According to Dr Kwan, we can expect results in about six to eight weeks, and I’m looking forward to being reunited with my husband’s “washboard” abs again!
