My therapist started with a back massage using a warm towel to relax me. Then, she carried out a citrus herbal brushing on my entire body to stimulate lymphatic drainage and detoxification. Although the brushing was very stimulating, her rhythmic and steady strokes soon put me into a stupor. After the brushing, peptides were applied to specific areas of concern to stimulate collagen production and firm the skin followed by an Espresso Limon Slimming Oil which was massaged all over. I was then wrapped up for the oil to purify and tone my body. While my body was soaking in the goodness, my therapist gave me a snore-inducing head and facial massage and I was soon on cloud nine. To finish up, she wiped me clean with a warm towel and patted me down with a grapefruit elixir that left me feeling squeaky clean and smooth as a baby’s bottom!
