Aging is an inevitable part of our lives and I’ve spent a fair amount of time and money on aesthetic treatments and skincare to maintain my face. However, I forgot about my hair in my anti-aging journey, resulting in hair loss and brittleness.

Getting an in-depth scan of my scalp to start.
The session starts with a pre-treatment in-depth scan of my scalp to assess its condition and requirements. As expected, my therapist told me that I have some thinning hair on my crowning glory and recommended the 360° Essential Scalp Treatment.

Procedure:
The arsenal of hair restoration equipment.
To begin, my therapist gave me a relaxing essential oil massage which put my body at ease immediately. This was followed by the application of radio frequency to enhance cellular metabolism, prevent dandruff formation, and boost scalp oxygenation. Then another blissful head massage with nano-mist before a life-changing hair wash on an amazing massage chair which undulated gently beneath my body. I was actually sad when my hair wash ended.
A hydrating hyaluronic acid peel was massaged on my scalp and left on for 10 mins, followed by a cold rinse. Next, a multimineral serum to promote and strengthen baby hair, together with scalp stimulation and hair brushing for absorption. The last step, a galvanic heat massage to reduce scalp inflammation, stimulate hair growth and optimise scalp elasticity. Electrical pulses in this iontophoresis treatment are used to stimulate hair papilla and enhance hair’s natural growth cycle.

The heated hand-held device was also used to give my neck and shoulders a soothing massage. I was also given a professional blow dry at this Dyson-decked hair clinic and I walked out of TrichoLab feeling (and looking) like a million dollars!
