REVIEW: Breast Anti Cancer
and Detoxification Therapy

BTW, this is not
me!
There has been much speculation that the practice
of wearing a bra for 12 to 15 hours per day by most women restricts lymph flow and prevents toxins from being
removed from the breasts. Since, not wearing a bra (unless you are an A cup) is not an option for many women today,
breast massage is the best way to help the lymphatic system drain these pent-up toxins and prevent them from
building up and contributing to cancer or other ailments.
In 1995, Professor Timothy Murrell, from the
Royal Adelaide Hospital, published a paper showing that nipple stimulation and breast massage release a hormone
called oxytoxin which has been shown to play a major role in breast cancer prevention. He ran a three-year study
group involving 5000 women who stimulated their nipples and did breast massages at least twice a week for five
minutes. Amazingly, the incidence of new cases of breast cancer dropped and stayed at zero for the duration of the
study. Also, descriptive studies at the Family Practice Unit at Highbury, a hospital in Australia, suggest that
hormonal mastopathy and fibrocystic breast disease - precursors for breast cancer, can be cured by appropriate
counseling in nipple care and breast massage. In other words, massage your breasts if you want healthy
breasts!
Treatment process:

SkinLab's pristine
interiors
At SkinLab Medical Spa, their therapists have
been specially trained using Dr Vodder’s method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD). Dr Vodder is the original
founder of manual lymphatic drainage which he started in France to help reduce swelling and drain toxins at the
massage area.
I liked that a towel was placed over my face so
that I can relax and this also helps if you are shy. Using a heavy bust cream to enhance the flow of the massage,
my therapist started with a general upper chest massage to relive tension and make me feel comfortable. Then, she
started performing an accupoint massage on my breasts and some points were especially painful, especially at the
sides and underneath my breasts. According to my therapist, pain indicates blockage and subsequent massages will
get less painful when there are less toxins blocked. This breasts treatment is done using firm strokes and
sufficient pressure (definitely no snoozing!) in an anti clockwise motion to promote maximum lymphatic drainage. As
a finale, she “vibrated” my breasts to improve their blood circulation.
Results:
My breasts
felt sore and hot after the massage from the stimulation and cream applied. The skin on my chest area was also
red. Besides improving breasts health, regular massages will also keep them firm. Six weekly massages are
recommended for optimum effects. Please note that breast massages are more for prevention rather than cure or
treatment. In the meantime, I am going to try to allocate five minutes a day for “nipple stimulation and breast
massage”.
